Firstly I would like to apologise that this blog is coming a bit later then planned but I have a problem with internet.
My satellite internet modem (very fast internet) is broken, so now I am using a very slow internet because I am living in the countryside and local internet here is very slow, so it took me like a few hours to upload Day 1 of the 30 Day squat Challenge.
Hopefully, my new modem comes tomorrow and my blog/vlog will be updated flawlessly.
Anyway, here is the video of Day 1 and I must say it was so hard and I must stress how important it is to do squats properly to avoid lower back injury.
I must admit I was slightly bending my lower back while I was doing it, because to be honest I was so happy to do this with you and I tried to do it fast, so my form was not all that good.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. To avoid this, just look straight at one point on the wall.
So, tomorrow I will be looking at the camera and probably I will use a broomstick to keep my back straight.
Also, make sure that your knees don’t go over your toes. If you are a complete beginner, use a chair to avoid any injuries.
Here is an image of the proper squat form.
Here is the video and today we are doing 50 squats rep. Tomorrow we will do 55 squats. I am fasting tomorrow, so I will only do the squats because I will be eating 500 calories. No cardio for me.
If you are new to my blog, check my previous posts on fasting the 5:2 Diet:
Good luck with the squat challenge and enjoy my video.
