30 Day Squat Challenge Day 14
We are almost half way through our 30 Day Squat Challenge.

Now, I can see how times flies away so fast.

Today we did 135 squats divided into 6 sets of 20 and 1 set of 15 with as little rest as possible. 

Here is the video of today’s challenge.

If I can do it, you can do it too. Start today, because 15 days ago you could say: If I started 15 days ago I could be half way through this challenge. DO IT! DO IT NOW! Enjoy!
