Here is the video of Day 19, where we are doing 160 squats divided into 8 sets of 20.

  1. NARROW SQUAT (20 reps)
  2. NARROW SQUAT WITH KICK BACK (20 reps)
  3. BASIC SQUAT (20 reps)
  4. BASIC SQUAT WITH SIDE LEG LIFT (20 reps)
  5. WALKING SQUATS (20 reps)
  6. SUMO SQUATS (20 reps)
  7. SUMO SQUATS PULSES (20 reps)
  8. BASIC SQUAT (20 reps)
