Today is Day 2 of the 30 Day Squat Challenge.
Today we did 55 squats in one set, but tomorrow we will do 60 squats in 3 sets (3×20) with as little rest as possible.
This is just an easier way to count the squats and not to get confused. From tomorrow everyday we will divide squats into sets and we will do them with as little rest as possible.
