Today was Day 3 of the 30 Day Squat Challenge.
Today we did 60 squats in 3 sets with as little rest as possible, just a few seconds to shake our legs and release our knees.
We are going to do the rest of the Challenge in sets with as little rest as possible, just to make it more easy on the knees and muscles.
Let’s see how it will go. This is the first time I am doing this challenge and I am so excited to see how it will go until the end.
