I love doing squats and I enjoy this challenge very much.
I can already see the difference and my legs are getting more tighter and stronger.
And this is only Day 5.
Yesterday was a day off and I missed squatting.
I am really getting addicted to this challenge. I am already thinking after I complete this challenge to do the same challenge again, but with sumo squats.
Anyway, no rush one day at the time.
Together with the squat challenge I am doing cardio as well.
I am not following any training videos,I am just doing jumping jacks and 20 minutes on my indoor bike or strider.
I have also jumped back onto the 5:2 fasting Diet and here is my blog post about why I have decided to do that and why you should do it as well.
I am already noticing changes in my body and how much stronger I am getting.
I am trying to eat as healthy as possible, but I also have my indulgences because no one is perfect and you must live a little.
If you are not happy eating healthy food all the time then what is the point? No one likes a healthy but grumpy after 40 person.
I am happy how healthy food makes me feel good and healthy, but if I want that chocolate cake or pancake I will have it. Comfort food, same as exercise, is raising happy hormones and you have to live a little.
Do you agree with me?
But don’t over do it.
To go back to the 30 Day squat Challenge, here is my video where I did 70 Squats today
divided into 4 sets: 3 sets of 20 and 1 set of 10.
I took very little rest between sets.
