Here is the video of Day 7, where we do 4 sets of 20 squats with as little rest as possible.
I had a little knee pain today and I also noticed, that I don’t keep my back straight all the time.
Anyway, I will do my squats with a broom stick from now on, it helps me keep my back straight.
It could be that I naturally lose proper back position due to my spine scoliosis which I had for years now.
The good thing is that I am aware of my posture and I will correct it.
Tomorrow is a rest day and on Day 9 we are doing 100 squats.
I love doing squats and this challenge is fun.
Keep strong and never give up.
