30 Day Squat Challenge Day 9

Yesterday I didn’t feel good at all so I took another rest Day from the 30 Day Squat Challenge.

My neck and shoulders hurt so much from working long hours on a computer.

I even today feel quite stiff.

I did some restorative yoga today and some stretches so I feel a little bit better.

I don’t want to give up on the Squat Challenge because I told myself I must do this until its finished.

Just imagine the good feeling when you finish a task or do something within certain “timeframe”.

Whoaaaaa 🙂

Anyway, here is the video of Day 9.  Today I did 100 squats divided into 5 sets, with as little rest as possible.
