I can’t believe that we only have 9 Days left in this challenge.
How are you doing so far? Is it very hard for you? Did you quit doing this challenge? Did you regret starting it?
Well, I know its very hard, but stick with it if you made this far.
I can feel my legs getting so much stronger now and my stomach is getting slimmer.
I do have a problem with bloating and when ever I eat something my stomach pops up.
I have been like this all my life, even when I was younger, I was so fit and thin but always had my stomach. I guess it is genetics because my aunt and mum have the same problem.
Anyway, because this challenge is getting so hard now to do, I didn’t do much of any other exercises, apart from some light cardio.
My legs muscles get really exhausted now from doing so many squats.
Anyway, at the end of this challenge I will write a review of it.
