7 days home workout routine.

One of the best ways to stay fit and healthy after 40, is to exercise at least 5 times a week.  You don’t have to go to the gym, you don’t have to have any equipment, you don’t even have to buy any DVDs, you can use Free You Tube videos and make yourself fit and healthy after 40 😉 in a very short time with just a little discipline.

This is exactly what we have been doing for over 10 years now.
