Challenges with Jessica and Lucy .

Hello everyone and welcome to our blog.  We have decided to put together Lucy’s September Challenge and Jessica Smith Walk Strong 2.0 Schedule, because we cannot pin two posts in our Facebook Group on the top of the page each day (facebook does not allow this).  We are so happy that you have been working out with us at home, using free youtube resources and DVDs.

We believe that the best way to get fit is to do it at your own home, because it’s free and very doable.

All you need is a good will, minimum exercise equipment and an internet connection. We have been working out from home for years now and got great results.  Please, if you are new to our Community make sure that you join our Closed Facebook Group where we will give you all the support that you need to start working out at home and enjoy your life in your new healthy and fit body after 40.

Just to keep things short and easy to follow, here is the schedule for the next week.

NOTE: We will be adding Lucy’s videos as they come up on her youtube channel, because she is posting them on the day when they should be done.

Don’t worry we will keep posting them on the schedule on time.
