This is Week 4 of Lucy’s September Challenge and we will be posting her videos as she posts them each day.

This is Week 3 of Jessica Smith’s Walk Strong 2.0 Challenge. We are following this Challenge using Jessica’s DVDs, but however if you don’t have the set of these DVDs you can follow a schedule that we made using her free youtube workout videos.
We have decided to put together Lucy’s September Challenge and Jessica Smith Walk Strong 2.0 Schedule, because we cannot pin two posts in our Facebook Group on the top of the page each day (Facebook does not allow this).
We are so happy that you have been working out with us at home, using free youtube resources and DVDs.
We know how hard can it be to stay motivated and exercise every day from home.
That is why we have decided to create a Closed Facebook Group where you can find all the motivation that you need. Our group is growing and we have over 1500 members now.
