Connecting with Nature

The past two weeks I have been under so much stress and pressure to get this UX Experience Internship and I was at the same time setting up my personal Fit and Healthy After 40 blog – yes, it is this Blog here 🙂

The weather was not all that great as well, but today, it was wonderful and we (my partner and me) decided to go for a long walk with our dogs.  We have 2 dogs. Cooper and Linda.

Connecting with NatureCooper was with us as a puppy and in June he will be 5 years old.  He is tabby-orange “Posavski gonič” and we got him from a local breeder in our village,  He is a scent dog. He loves nature and chasing pheasants.

Linda is a very nice dog and we got her last year, because my sister in law moved from a house to a small flat in town and they couldn’t keep Linda.

So, Linda is with us now. She is about 7 year old and she was rescued by us from a local dog shelter.

She is a mix of a “dodge” and Labrador.  She is so lovely and we love her very much too. Anyway, I must keep her on a leash because when she sees another dog then she runs away and it is very hard to get her back.

Here is a video where you can enjoy a little bit of “my nature” and scenery where I live.

I live in the village of Čardačani in the Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I was born in Banja Luka, but I moved now into the country side, because i don’t like living in a city anymore.

They say it comes with “age” and definitely it does, because when I was younger I hated going to the village.

Now I enjoy living here (I live here now for over 7 years) because it is very beautiful, especially in the Summer where we eat outside, have our first coffee in the morning outside and we go for these lovely walks.

I hope that you enjoy this video and that you get to know me better.
