Many of you know that I am suffering from pollen allergies and that I have been hit this year pretty badly, but I am feeling a bit better.  Pretty soon I will be back to my total body transformation exercise routine.

Some of you requested from me to make more videos on the 5:2 Diet so I decided to make something that will help you to get through any hard time or hunger pains while you are fasting.

Positive self talk or “affirmations” are a very powerful tool to use when you want to achieve something in your life, and not only for achievement, but daily positive affirmations are very uplifting and can raise your vibrations and make you feel wonderful.

Hence, I made a positive affirmation video for you 5:2 dieters.

Watch this video every time whenever you feel like giving up on your fast or if you get hungry.

I have also included an mp3 version, which you can download HERE onto your phone so you can listen whenever you like, but don’t have access to internet or simply when you don’t feel like watching a video or when you are driving 🙂
