Diet and Exercise Review

This week was very hard for me to keep up with my “determined” workouts.

I only exercised 3 times this week, from Monday to Wednesday.

The rest of the week I relaxed, because I was so tired from my evening working hours at my Internship.

Also, my body reacts so much to rapid weather changes and here in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we had some crazy weather and temperatures  jumping from +18 degree Celsius to under 1 Degree. I really felt that.

Anyway, here is the video of my weekly “Fit and Healthy After 40” update.
