Meal prepping is a great way to keep yourself in check with healthy eating. However, I don’t food prep for the entire week, usually for 2-3 days. I do like my food cooked fresh. Also, it is very good to have a meal plan for the entire week, because that way you will be less likely to cheat and eat unhealthy food, even if you don’t prep your food, but you will know what food to buy and what to cook each day.
Also you will save money and eat less in restaurants. With a good meal plan you will not waste food or money. In this video I will show how I meal prep and I hope that I will encourage you to do the same.
The best day for meal prep is Sunday, so that you have all your meals ready for the following week or at least the first 3 days.
So, what do I eat?
Well, I eat all the food groups, but I am trying to eat a Paleo based diet most of the time.
I eat a lot of veggies, meats, healthy fats, greek yogurt, fruits, seeds etc. I love Italian food and I am trying not to eat too much pasta or pizza etc.
I have been fasting on and off for a few years now (holidays, social events get in the way). The easiest fasting method for me is the 5:2 Diet.
