You can’t go up and down the stairs from sore muscles? You are not the only one, and I have a solution for that.
It was last summer when we had American friends over for a visit. At the time I was starting to exercise after a long break and I had sore muscles from all the body weight training I was doing.
I told my American friend, “OMG my muscles hurt so much from exercising I can barely walk”.
My friend told me, “I know, I get the same when I make a break from exercising, but this is what you can do about it”..
I asked, “What can I do? apart from taking aspirin tablets but I don’t like to take them”
She said, no, no, no! What you do is you buy MAGNESIUM tablets and you take them everyday and you will have no problems with sore muscles and you can exercise everyday.
Hm, I was suspicious, because I never heard of this before.
Anyway, I decided to give it a try.
So, I went to my local pharmacy and got magnesium and started taking them everyday.
To my surprise it worked wonders.
In a day, my sore muscles healed and today, even if I don’t exercise for extended period of time, I don’t get sore muscles.

Taking magnesium supplement when you “exercise hard” every day really helps with sore muscles. It does the trick for me and certainly it worked for my American friend and “Atika” members.
