Lucy’s Healthy Eating Book.
If you are somebody who doesn’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen and cooking healthy meals every day, then this book is for you. I know from myself, if I have to cook something for more than 30 minutes, then I will not cook it.
Anyway, I got Lucy’s Healthy Eating Book two days ago, and I have already read it twice and made two recipes from it.
Yes, I did. All the ingredients in the book I already had in my house, and I can assure you that you have them too.
Also, it doesn’t matter where you live, these ingredients are available Worldwide. And if you have been following us, you know that we embrace simplicity and minimalism in our cooking too, so Lucy’s new book gives us even more ideas and great recipes that we can include in our healthy diet.
I like the fact that every recipe is even adjustable to your own taste, or simply you can swap some ingredients with ones that you have.
This book is one that I have been requested to put together by so many of my You Tube subscribers. Lucy’s Healthy Eating Book consists of about 60 pages where Lucy explains the benefits of eating a “rainbow” where she explains that each colour of food brings different minerals and vitamins into our body. Also, Lucy explains the health benefits of different spices and herbs.
The recipes are divided into breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinners and smoothies. There is everything you need to start eating healthy. However, as we are all humans, we tend to indulge a little bit here and there, and Lucy’s approach is to eat and live a balanced life so 80% healthy and give your self a 20% of small indulgences. That being said she also explains importance of portion sizes.

Not only eating healthy, but also exercise, plays a big role in our overall health, and Lucy being a fitness expert, also includes in the book various exercises and explains the differences between them. Lucy has a specific style of her books that makes them unique and great, especially if you are one of those people who enjoys exercising at home.
It’s very simple to follow the suggested exercises by simply clicking on the link in the book that takes you straight to the exercise. However, you must be connected to the internet to enjoy this benefit. I have purchased many of Lucy’s books and I have finished a few of them with great results, so they are really working.
The exercises are super easy to follow, you don’t need any equipment, and in some of them the minimum equipment that is required is usually something you already have at home.
I give this book review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it gives super simple delicious healthy recipes and exercises and an overall simple approach to healthy eating, without following a specific diet or eliminating a specific food group.
I have a minimalistic approach to life, health and fitness, and this book completely suits my lifestyle. Lucy has changed my life, making me more self-confident.
Exercising with Lucy’s videos at home is like exercising with your best friend.
