Day 1 Week 2 is a great way to start off a new week with lots of energy. Excellent choice!

    1. Thank you. Vikki is making schedule, she has been working out with Jessica Smith for about 4-5 years, I discover Jessica Smith august 2016 and I workout with her regularly since. 🙂 We make sure to have at least 2-3 times a week strength training and stretch once a week. Enjoy your Week 2 🙂
