What a great way to start the New Year than with a new Fitness and Health Challenge, “New Year New You Challenge”. I have partnered up with my friend Vikki and we came up with this challenge. We are great fans of Jessica Smith and that is how we met up and started working out together.
This Challenge is a “workout at home” challenge and requires very little equipment, which you can buy in any sport shop. All you need for this challenge is a good internet connection and basic exercise equipment: dumbbells (light and heavy set) and exercise mat.
The challenge lasts for 7 days and after that we will have a new 7 day Challenge.
You can adjust all the exercises that fit your own fitness level. This Challenge includes all free workouts that are available on youtube.
