Noodles Lasagna.

If you are trying to cut carbs in your diet, this is a great recipe for you.

We all know that carbs are a great source of energy but if we are eating too many carbs in our diet and not using them as fuel, those carbs turn into fat. One of the easiest way to cut your carb intake is to substitute pasta with veggies.

Another way to keep your carbs in check is to simply eat carbs once per day.

So, if you had pasta, rice, potatoes or anything else high in carbs for lunch then for dinner just have a salad with some chicken or simply skip dinner.

In this video I want to show you how I made noodles lasagna and I didn’t use zucchinis.

But before you watch the video, here are the ingredients for my “secret” meat sauce.

500 grams of ground beef

500 ml tomato sauce or more depending on your taste

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 onion – diced

1 large clove of garlic

1 teaspoon of dry oregano

1 teaspoon of paprika

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon of raisins or 1 shredded carrot for sweetness.

    1. Great. I hope you like it. You can also use eggplant or zucchini. I found when using vegetables instead of noodles you don’t need to make béchamel sauce, because it gets too watery. Only cheese will do the biz. Let me know how it goes. Have fun making it.
