Walk on and HIIT Week 3.
Hello everyone and welcome to Week 3 of Walk on and HIIT it for 4 minutes weekly schedule.
We are using the Walk on 3 DVD super set by Jessica Smith or her youtube videos for people who don’t have her DVDs.
We are also doing 4 minutes HIIT training by Lucy Wyndham Read in the afternoon or when ever you have time.
