Hello everyone and welcome to Week 3 of Walk on and HIIT it for 4 minutes weekly schedule.

For everyone who is new to our website and this months workout schedule, here is WEEK 1 and WEEK 2 or just simply join us with this Weeks schedule.

We are using the Walk on 3 DVD super set by Jessica Smith or her youtube videos for people who don’t have her DVDs.

We are also doing 4 minutes HIIT training by Lucy Wyndham Read in the afternoon or when ever you have time.

TuesdayDance Walk (DVD#2) or Dance Party (Zumba style)!!   (Youtube)
4 minute HIIT: Sporty Girl

WednesdayStride and Strength Walk (DVD#1) or  30 Minute Circuit Training (Youtube)
4 minute HIIT: Crush Your Goals

ThursdayFlat Abs Walk (DVD#3) or 30 Minute High Intensity Interval Cardio + Abs (Youtube)
4 minute HIIT: Tighten Every Inch

Friday –  Latin Dance Walk (DVD #2) or 30 Minute Fat Burning Indoor Cardio (Youtube)
4 minute HIIT: Go Girl

Saturday – Active rest day

Sunday – Rest day
