Walk on and HIIT Week 4.

Hello everyone here is the rfinal week of Walk on and HIIT it for 4 Challenge.

After this Challenge we will be taking a break from Challenges until the beginning of July when we are going to do 6 Weeks Walk Strong 2.0.

However, we are not taking a break from exercising, we will be posting our daily exercises in our closed Facebook Group, so please make sure that you join us.

For everyone who is new to our website, and this months workout schedule, here is WEEK 1 and WEEK 2  and also WEEK 3 or just simply join us with this Weeks schedule.

We are using the Walk on 3 DVD super set by Jessica Smith or her youtube videos for people who don’t have her DVDs.

We are also doing 4 minutes HIIT training by Lucy Wyndham Read in the afternoon or whenever you have time.
