Walk on and HIIT Week 4.
Hello everyone here is the rfinal week of Walk on and HIIT it for 4 Challenge.
After this Challenge we will be taking a break from Challenges until the beginning of July when we are going to do 6 Weeks Walk Strong 2.0.
However, we are not taking a break from exercising, we will be posting our daily exercises in our closed Facebook Group, so please make sure that you join us.
We are using the Walk on 3 DVD super set by Jessica Smith or her youtube videos for people who don’t have her DVDs.
We are also doing 4 minutes HIIT training by Lucy Wyndham Read in the afternoon or whenever you have time.

4 minute HIIT: Ice Skater Girl
Wednesday –Buns and Thighs Walk (DVD#3 – Tone your Trouble Zones) or Barre Full Length 24-Minute Lower Body Workout All Levels (Youtube)
4 minute HIIT: Melt that fat
Saturday – Active rest day
Sunday – Rest day
