If you don’t have all of the DVDs or don’t wish to buy any of the DVD’s, here are free Youtube adequate replacement videos. Being fit and healthy in today’s day and age doesn’t have to cost much. You can exercise at home using free Youtube videos produced by well acclaimed fitness trainers. Our favourite fitness trainer is Jessica Smith and we follow her workouts 90% of the time. If you feel the same, join our Community and let’s get on with this Challenge.
